Biography
Indianapolis based artist, Will Woodrow works in many mediums including cement, fiberglass, canvas, metal, etc. He has an extensive background as a commercial tradesman which is reflective in the current body of work. Using a combination of structural engineering, geometry, and technology, his latest process involves digital design/modeling, 3D printing, and his experience in auto/body finishing. His most recent series is a focus on Nostalgia and re-creating 3 dimensional characters, products, and popular culture from the past. Current and future projects place an emphasis on the fabrication and castings from various precious metals. Will Woodrow’s represented in galleries in Chicago, New York, Indianapolis, Connecticut, and more.
